The Linked Bookings tool is a fantastic way to create a duplicate event, allowing you to add a different Artist to the new event. The event details, such as the venue, promoter, and additional information, will be copied into the new booking (which can be edited), giving you the opportunity to have a new booking for a different Artist connected to the original.
A key feature of the linked booking is that you can have a booking for the same event but with a different Artist and different documents.
How It Works
Click the plus icon next to the Artist.
If you do not see this icon once an Artist is placed on the booking, please contact us at support@curiousferret.com, and we will activate this function.
When prompted, select ‘Yes’ to create a Linked Booking.
You will then be redirected to the new linked booking. Here, you can select the new Artist and manage this booking independently from the original one.
In each booking, you will find a new ‘Linked Bookings’ section, allowing you to easily switch between the linked bookings.
