Can an External User See Further Information?

The visibility of Further Information to External Users depends on your settings. As an Admin user, you have control over which Further Information fields are accessible to External Users.

In Settings > Bookings, you will find a list of your Booking Further Information fields. Any fields marked with ‘use on itineraries’ will be visible to External Users.

In the example shown, External Users who have access to the booking will be able to see the “Ticket Link” and “Capacity” fields, but not “Billing.”

This flexibility allows you to manage what information is shared with External Users while keeping sensitive details restricted.
